Aziz Aghayev

The story

Aziz Aghayev started as a school business official, spending 14 years in school finance, most of them as a public school CFO. He is the person who knows what a district actually runs on, the operations, the finance, the people behind the people. Over the years he became the AI guy of his professional community, the one his peers call when they want technology to serve their teams instead of replacing them. He gave his first keynotes in the ASBO community in 2019. Since then he has spoken and trained across the United States, the UK, and Europe, for education leaders and global companies.

Aziz knows firsthand what it means to feel unseen inside an institution. Every turning point in his life came because someone chose to see him. That is why he does this. The Spotlight Machine is his answer to a question that follows every leader: how do you honor the people your organization depends on most, the ones no one sees, at a scale that actually holds.
